Setsubun "Oni" Bento Box Recipe

Setsubun on Feb. 3rd is a holiday that represents the ancient Japanese almanac's end of Winter/Beginning of Spring day. On this day, people throw roasted soy beans at "Oni"Japanese red-faced demons with green scraggly hair for good luck and health. What better way to commemorate the day than with this cute oni bento box. The oni are cherry tomatoes with black sesame face details and a crop of light green broccoli hair set in a square of rice. So cute!
