Simple Well Balanced Bento Box Recipe

This is a textbook example of a well balanced, nutritional adult bento box. One half has rice and an umrboshi(sour pickled plum). The okazu(meat and vegetables) half has sauteed carrots, onion, and green pepper, fried chicken, and cucumber wedges. It has a variety of flavors and colors and satisfies the appetite.
