Stuffed Green Peppers Bento Box Recipe

This healthy, well balanced stuffed green peppers bento box recipe looks really good. Japanese eat meat daily, but it's usually the smallest thing on the plate. From left; cherry tomatoes, stuffed green peppers, potato salad, umeboshi(pickled sour plum) and rice with black sesame sprinkles. Looks great.
