Vitamin-Rich Man's Lunch Bento Box Recipe

Here's a hearty and healthy man's lunch bento box to satisfy a big hunger. The carbohydrates side is simple white rice with umeboshi, sour pickled plum and black sesame seeds. The okazu(meat and vegetables) side from the top; Neapolitan Spaghetti, teriyaki meatballs, steamed broccoli and cherry tomatoes, fried chicken nuggets, sliced okra, ham potato salad, lightly stir-fried paprika and celery, and half a boiled egg. A great balanced meal to please your man.
