Children's Day Koi Nobori Spam Sushi Bento

キャラ弁*子供の日♪こいのぼりおにぎり

In Japan, May 5th is Kodomo no Hi, Children's Day or Boy's Day. People celebrate by hanging up big carp streamers called Koi Nobori outside their homes. Here's a great Children's Day bento that makes koi nobori out of spam sushi. Make three beds of rice and place a slice of spam on top of each. Decorate with a line of nori seaweed, and cheese eyes and scales. Use a little green pasta or veggies for the green scales. Your kids will love it!
